Terms and Conditions

Check in/out - the property will be available at 3pm on the day of arrival and will need to be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Payment via bank transfer only.

A non refundable deposit of £150 will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be required 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refund will be made unless we are able to re-let the cottage, then a refund minus the deposit will be issued.

Every effort will be made to Honour bookings. However, we do reserve the right to cancel should the property be unsuitable for your visit due to circumstances out with our control. Should this occur, a full refund will be made.

We expect the cottage to be left in a tidy and reasonably clean condition.

Any damages or breakages should be referred to us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve any problems in time for the arrival of our next guests. We may expect payment for the costs of replacement/repair if you are found to be responsible for the damages.
